Sailing Camps

Opti-Vet (10-11 yrs old)
This program introduces children to sailing in a fun-oriented environment. The 7' Optimist dinghy provides the platform for students to work through five different levels of achievement. Students achieve Navigator and Skipper levels, now sailing single handed (one per boat).
Programs run every week, 9 am - 3:30 pm, $170

White Sail(12 yrs and older)
The basic course for new sailors or those with little experience learn the basics while sailing our Flying Junior sailboats. The course includes safety, knots, terminology, as well as skipper and crew work at all points of sail. Three students to a boat creates teamwork in a fun, safe and socially rewarding environment. By the completion of Levels I, II and III, students can sail confidently in winds up to 10 knots.
Camps are 2 weeks long, 9 am - 3:30 pm, $320
